As Design Lead for our mobile consumer apps, I lead the launch of Volkswagen’s new app for the line of electric ID vehicles. Our mobile apps support the user as an everyday companion with quick and real-time access to their car.
We created a new app specifically tailored to the use case of electric vehicles with a focus on streamlined tasks for everyday situations. Users can remotely check the vehicle status and control remote functions from their phone to have the car ready to go next time they leave the house.
